fail.

total and utter failure. i meant to keep this blog up to annotate everything i would have to go through while getting out of the army. haha. that didn't last long. i am now working out to get my pre-afghanistan body back. so far i'm on my 2nd session of 24 with a personal trainer at gold's gym. feeling awesome. i'm thinking of posting pictures of my progress along with my measurements. maybe next time... and my workouts. :) ahhaha here's my motivation. this picture was taken about 2 years ago.
my goals: lose about 12-14 pounds (goal weight: 118) trim about 6 inches off my waist (goal 26" waist) lose 2 dress sizes and lose about 14% body fat (goal: 14% bf) i think i can do it. i know i can do it. ~Aja
